ABOUT GEDEON DANSOU

Gedeon, a Beninese-American serial entrepreneur and humanitarian moved to the United States to pursue his master’s and undergraduate degrees programs. Gedeon is passionate about entrepreneurship and is ready to transfer that passion into social enterprise to better his home country in Africa.

His ultimate goal is to excel in career and knowledge expansion and actively use it wherever there is a need for development. Gedeon found his passion in real estate after learning from his father’s firm expertise in Real Estate in West Africa, and also after being introduced to the Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate (MBIRE) at Roosevelt University. Since then he has become more motivated, and that led to him being nominated and selected as the first recipient of the Duke Realty Dream Scholarship Fund—which helped him to complete and earn his Master of Science in Real Estate.

During his education at the MBIRE, Gedeon had the opportunity to participate in the 2017 Eisenberg Foundation-Real Estate Challenge. His team won the challenge which earned Roosevelt University the success of being the Eisenberg Foundation Real Estate winners. It is a great achievement, and the story features on Roosevelt University’s news page, Crain’s Info and other related booklets from the University etc.

Gedeon is a true believer in diligence, humility and integrity. He believes trust and honesty are critical attributes for business transactions and societal development. Gedeon is committed to assist and help with real estate development, real estate transactions and real estate consulting. He understands the entire process, and the necessities of an investment in real estate; that is—the high and best use of real estate, valuation, and a right comprehensive approach. Gedeon has a natural passion for helping people to maximize what they need in real estate and investment that is his ultimate humanitarian satisfaction.
